Approved Refunds will be issued through the Original Mode of Payment or via Bank Transfer where it is not possible to refund via the original mode of payment.

Any refunds requested due to a customer error will be subject to a 50 AED administration charge.

You may choose to terminate your Listing at any time. In the event you choose to terminate before the end of your agreed advertisement period, you will not be entitled to any refund. Any Refunds will be processed in next upcoming 29 Working Days, from the date of Refund Approvals.
